Field Service Rep Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Field Service Rep to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer competency;
- Test, troubleshoot, maintain complex equipment;
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to adapt fast;
- Ability to travel, including intermittent international travel is required 80-90% travel;
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Experience with robotics a plus;
- Basic electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills required;
- Associate’s degree or two-year technical certificate, or 2-4 years’ experience;
- 3-5 years successful experience in industrial service or equipment installation is required;
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting with Allen Bradley controls required.
