Our company is looking for a Product Commercialization Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project governance processes and ensure stakeholder alignment;
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timing, issues and risks;
  • Challenge project teams to collectively and efficiently manage project delivery;
  • Develop and manage project timelines, success criteria, issues, risks, opportunities, and assumptions;
  • Gather feedback on improving the commercialization process; drive the development, documentation, and implementation of process improvements;
  • Escalate issues and risks and drive to solutions;
  • Evaluate and make recommendations around critical project decisions;
  • Provide visibility and gain alignment to project timelines across the organization;
  • Hold cross functional team members accountable for delivering tasks on time;
  • Lead communication on all project matters, clarifying scope, timelines, issues, risks and decisions required.

Requirements:

  • Results focused. Bias towards action, able to synthesize multiple pieces of information and act decisively;
  • Travel time: Minimal;
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, creates flexible strategies and adapts quickly to changing business environment;
  • Interpersonal skills to build and nurture strong relationships with partners;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in product commercialization in the CPG food industry;
  • Three (3) years of project management experience in a private, public, government or military environment;
  • experience of cross functional team leadership;
  • Must be a self-motivated and independent thinker;
  • Knowledge of Regulatory submission process through Product Development is advantageous;
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office;
  • 3+ years in tire industry understanding key players, decision making criteria and key sales processes;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 5+ years of project management experience handling multiple projects at the same time;
  • 5+ years managing cross functional teams;
  • Experience managing technical resources (digital, tradition IT, analytics) and usage of technical project management tools (e.g., Git, Jira).
