Our company is looking for a Production Associate – 2nd shift to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Red lines documents in need of correction and assist with resolution;
  • Records information on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records;
  • Is willing to flex and rotate as necessary and work well with all group members, both within the team and cross-functionally;
  • Understands 6S principles for assigned areas;
  • Sets up and operates manufacturing equipment;
  • Maintains clean room standards per standard operating procedure;
  • Independently complies with signals from Hour by Hour and in-process Kanbans;
  • Understands and adheres to safety policies and practices to maintain a clean, safe and health conscious work environment;
  • Handles, transports, stores, and inspects components and final assembly devices;
  • Records information on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records. Maintains up to date training;
  • Builds product by following all processes in which certified and completing other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics;
  • Supports continuous improvements through idea submission and leading assigned projects;
  • Able to become proficient on more than one job task;
  • Executes validation protocols and engineering evaluations with supervision;
  • Is responsible for quality and adherence to manufacturing process requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English;
  • Must have ability to work with chemicals and have ability to use microscope for extended periods;
  • Must have ability to meet vision requirements of the job;
  • Must be able to complete written records appropriate to the job;
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift (3:05-11:00PM);
  • Must be able to handle and manipulate small parts;
  • Must have ability to satisfy soldering school requirements to applicable Military and/or Spec. Standards;
  • Must be able to work from written instructions and supervisory direction;
  • Ability to use fingers and hands to manipulate/assemble small tools or objects;
  • Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time;
  • Ability to gown in appropriate PPE for a cleanroom environment;
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time;
  • Ability to discern colors;
  • Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope;
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
