SAP ABAP Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Should managed offshore developers with exposure to clients architecture, middleware requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with IDocs, Proxies, and Webservices;
- 1+ years of experience working with agile software design methodology for development and documentation;
- 1+ years of functional and technical experience the following core SAP modules VMS, SD , PP, MM, and/ or FICO;
- 3+ years of experience in developing using core SAP ABAP. This includes using OOP and all SAP enhancement techniques;
- 1+ years of experience configuring, developing, and/or troubleshooting PI interfaces;
- 1+ years of functional and technical experience in the core SD module;
- 2+ years of experience in developing CDS Views and HANA views;
- 2+ years of experience in developing in UI5/Fiori, Gateway, and OData technologies;
- Ability to interact with the development team offshore and deliver Technical Specifications on time;
- Ability to lead the offshore development team and co-ordinate with the client, internal stakeholders to mandate deliverable’s on time and budget;
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to run/help Blueprint Technical Workshops;
- SAP Fiori / UI5, SAP PI/PO and custom development work;
- Ability to work with UI architects / designers and developers and translate client’s requirements into Proof of Concept and mock up screens;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
