Our company is looking for a Forklift Operator Warehouse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Stacking empty pallets;
- Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials neatly;
- Locating product within the warehouse facility;
- Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient and safe outcomes;
- Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas;
- Performing general warehouse duties as needed;
- Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
- Operating a Forklift;
- Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes;
- Perform all Operator functions as required;
- Attend ongoing training as necessary to update and maintain skills;
- Perform scheduled preventative and low level maintenance as needed and when defined;
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions;
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles;
- Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
Requirements:
- Able to use hand tools/screw guns to assemble components and have good manual dexterity;
- Assembly or warehouse experience is preferred but not required;
- Must pass a criminal background and drug test screening;
- Must be able to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts;
- Must have two forms of identification (No copies will be accepted);
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability;
- Successful completion of basic computer use training, training on the system and processes related to the company and the position;
- Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers;
- Lift truck license (fork lift driving certification and experience is advantage);
- Experience with pallet wrap machines, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment;
- HS Diploma or GED;
- Background check;

- Valid driver’s license.
