Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Company: Finni New Mexico, a Finni Health company Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per hour) Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 evening shifts per week. As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services.

As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities

Providing one-on-one therapy and family support

Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality care

Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA‑compliant)

Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health

BCBA Certification (required)

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

Active CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)

Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
