Head of Client Experience - Remote

Virtual Vocations Inc

To enhance the luxury guest experience, the full-time salaried Guest Experience Manager will create exceptional pre-arrival experiences through proactive communication, personalized itinerary planning, and coordination with on-property teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

Conduct personalized pre-arrival outreach and manage guest communications to ensure a seamless experience

Coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests, collaborating with department leaders to execute personalized experiences

Provide leadership and support to the Concierge team, ensuring operational readiness and guest satisfaction

Required qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of luxury hospitality experience

Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations, or VIP Services preferred

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with on-property teams
