Head of Facilities and Security

Works directly with the grounds crew on a daily basis mowing, hedging, preparing annual beds, weed eradication, etc. and fills in with the custodial crew as needed.
Maintains the cleanliness and general upkeep of grounds, restrooms, employee center, public and office areas.
Maintains housekeeping and grounds equipment in proper operational condition and ensures security of equipment and supplies.
Operates and trains the custodial and grounds staff on equipment use in a safe and efficient manner.
Schedules daily duties and assignments.
Supervising the custodial and grounds staff including but not limited to: general supervision, timesheet approvals, performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
Schedules cleaning of buildings to ensure minimal disruption of staff.
Maintains inventory of supplies; orders and replenishes stock as needed.
Monitors landscaping to identify and correct problems with tree and plant pruning and disease control.
Ensures that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Develops and implements safety programs.
Responsible for plan of actions at each site to ensure all required cleaning and grounds services.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years' verifiable related job experience in monitoring and coordinating the activities of subordinates, including general supervision, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, leave approvals, timesheets, etc. required.
