Valid Special Education Teacher certification

Demonstrated experience in special education settings, ideally within middle school grades

Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and specialized teaching strategies

Strong collaboration skills for working with support staff, teachers, families, and administration

Commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting each student’s best learning outcomes

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
