Position - Registration Clerk

Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children - both uninsured and insured - integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming experience while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and administrative support. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Welcome and register patients while providing exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate medical records and filing systems
Process payments and perform basic cash-handling responsibilities
Receive and organize office deliveries and supplies
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
Work collaboratively with providers, supervisors, and team members to support quality patient care
Participate in ongoing performance improvement initiatives
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year of administrative, medical office, dental office, or customer service experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
Strong communication , computer and organizational skills
