Quality Inspector I (Entry Level)
Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Location : Vancouver, WA
We are seeking a certified and detail-driven Inspector to join our client's Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will inspect electronic assemblies to IPC-A-610 standards, operate advanced inspection equipment, and support continuous improvement efforts across our production floor.
Responsibilities

Inspect electronic assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards
Operate microscopes and advanced inspection equipment
Document and communicate inspection findings to production and engineering teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
Qualifications
IPC-A-610 certification required
Ability to inspect components through a microscope
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Basic computer proficiency
Shifts Available
Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Swing Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
