Communication Officers

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking an OHP Member Communications Specialist to guide equity-centered member communications and support Medicaid policy communications. The role leads development of member-facing materials and coordinates with internal teams and contractors.

Responsibilities include advising leadership on messaging strategies, engaging diverse communities, and ensuring accessibility and compliance with federal and state requirements.
