Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Nursing Officer, based in Salem, OR. The Chief Nursing Officer will oversee nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical policies, managing nursing staff, coordinating care services, and collaborating with leadership teams to achieve organizational goals. This role involves fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence in patient outcomes.
