Our Line Cooks prepare dishes according to Tatte recipes and standards while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety across every shift. Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings

Ideally, have prior experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment

Summary of Line Cooks' Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards

Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers, and other kitchen equipment

Ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food

Set up and break down workstations and prepare for upcoming shifts

Wash and disinfect kitchen surfaces, tables, tools, knives, and equipment

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Assist chefs in preparing food and supporting additional culinary tasks as needed
