Remote Technical Recruiting Sourcer

SaigePartners, an EOS company and one of the fastest‑growing Talent Solutions firms in the Midwest, is looking for an ambitious and energetic mid‑to‑senior level recruiter with a high sense of urgency to join their growing IT, Engineering, AEC and/or Professional Talent Solutions practice.

Location: Ideally, candidates residing in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area. Open for remote candidates within a 4–5 hour drive for team events.

Responsibilities

Using best practices in sourcing, evaluation, engaging, and managing candidates through the recruiting lifecycle.

Providing sales leads weekly to support growing new business for the sales team.

Possibly responsible for skill marketing candidates to clients and potential prospects.

Opportunity to earn a leadership role to lead, coach, train, and develop future recruiters to help scale growth.

Finding talent across multiple skills verticals for IT, Engineering, AEC, and/or Professional.

Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external employees, candidates, and partners.

Preparing internal employment agreements and extending job offers.

Supporting client recruiting needs when internal hiring needs are met for the time being.

Administer skill testing as needed.

Learning and living the company culture and core values.

Performing various administrative and HR duties as needed.

Proactively sourcing and building a strong pipeline of passive talent for key client skill sets.

Building rapport and strong relationships with top talent in the marketplace.

Networking and obtaining referrals.

Obtaining sales leads to accelerate new customer growth.

Multitasking recruiting efforts for several positions at a time for contract direct hire.

Problem solving and issue resolution to obtain a positive outcome.

Learning new things and teaching others to be the best.

Holding yourself accountable to expectations and giving your best effort every day.

Qualifications

Desire to work for a fast‑growing start‑up and make an impact.

4‑year bachelor’s degree (desired).

3+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, AEC and/or professional skill sets.

A competitive, high‑energy, team‑player attitude.

High sense of urgency and positive can‑do spirit.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

Expert at using ATS systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Strong social media recruiting skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Facebook.

Experience using AI tools to optimize efficiency, but not replace personal touch.

Proven track record of success in an organization with clear aggressive goals.

Ability to self‑manage personal goals with demonstrated time‑management skills.
