Your morning might begin with assisting the Talent and Development Manager in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for new hires. As the day progresses, you'll dive into maintaining our employee records in the Oracle Fusion system, ensuring everything is up-to-date and confidential. Your organizational skills will shine as you assist with benefits administration, answer employee inquiries about HR policies, and assist with FMLA paperwork.
In the afternoon, you might find yourself collaborating with various teams across the organization, assisting with training programs, and preparing HR-related reports and presentations. Your ability to multitask and adapt will be key as you switch between projects and daily tasks, always ready to lend a hand where needed."

We're seeking someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. While 0-2 years of HR experience is preferred, we're excited to welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Most importantly, you should be ready to handle confidential information with professionalism and care.
