Developer/Programmer ( REMOTE)

Role Overview Develop advanced CNC toolpaths and create clear instructional CAM materials for a customer project, using Autodesk Fusion 360 to program 3, 4, and 5-axis machining. Your CAM expertise will be used to produce high-quality, real-world data and guidance that help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge is the focus.

The organization engages vetted experts across domains to create high-quality instructional content and CAM outputs that improve AI reasoning and performance.

Develop precision CAM toolpaths in Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining operations.

Program complex milling and turning geometries for metals and plastics, optimizing for material, tolerance, and machine capabilities.

Configure, tune, and document post-processors for various CNC machines, for example Haas and Makera.

Author clear instructional content, walkthroughs, or written guidance on CAM programming techniques and best practices.

Incorporate feedback from first-part results and inspection reports to iterate and refine CAM outputs.

Experience programming multi-axis toolpaths.

5+ years of hands-on CAM programming experience, with demonstrated Fusion 360 proficiency.

• Portfolio or sample work showing multi-axis programming and toolpath strategy.
• Experience programming for advanced CNC environments and working with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience creating or delivering CAM training content, such as courses, tutorials, mentoring, or online instructional materials.
• Ability to document and explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Compensation Hourly pay range, $25 to $50 per hour.
