Compensation: Pay: From $22.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, compensation differentials for this position are based on education, experience, training, and geographic location, as well as DWC's seniority and merit systems.

Provide primary reception desk coverage during business hours; Answer telephone promptly and professionally; Maintain an organized and neat appearance of reception area; Monitor visitor access to office and notify staff of visitors presence

Unlock the front door each morning and lock the door each afternoon/closing ensuring office safety

Prepare documents and perform database entry

Electronically file documents

Scan and electronically file billing worksheets in a timely manner

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
