Dental Hygienist – Full Time (Mon–Thurs) | Gilder Creek Dental Care | Simpsonville, SC
Gilder Creek Dental Care in Simpsonville, SC is searching for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative and positive team! We welcome new graduates and are happy to provide training in our systems, technology, and professional development. Part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM No evenings or weekends!
We're seeking a hygienist who is:

Experience with Dentrix and iTero scanning is a plus, but not required. Provide exceptional patient care focused on education, prevention, and building strong patient relationships
Perform periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, SRP, and other hygiene procedures according to state guidelines
Take digital radiographs and assist in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Utilize practice technology (Dentrix, iTero scanner) to support patient care and treatment planning
Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene License (or in process for new grads)
Local Anesthesia certification per state requirements

Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Clinical needs as required by office
Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
