Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner closely with OTRs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

Document developments and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on the path to success

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required

A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to facilitating their journey toward greater independence
