Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support the NIWC PAC Information Technology Management Support Services contract. The Systems Administrator II maintains and supports the integrity, availability, and performance of the organization’s operating systems and IT infrastructure. This role performs system maintenance, installs software and hardware upgrades, resolves technical issues, and documents IT systems and procedures. The position ensures efficient system operation, promotes uptime, and supports secure computing environments.

This role performs system maintenance, installs software and hardware upgrades, resolves technical issues, and documents IT systems and procedures. Maintain and support operating systems and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Acquire, install, configure, and test system software upgrades and computer components.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.

Monitor system performance, conduct system testing, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Maintain documentation of infrastructure, troubleshooting procedures, and IT operations.

Support secure system configurations and maintain VPN, network, and email administration as required.

Assist in licensing management, upgrades management, and IT backup procedures.

CCNA - Security

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
