-Production Feeder (3rd Shift)

Press FeederWe are actively recruiting for the position of Press Feeder for our plant in Brooklyn, OH.Shift: 3rd shift 10pm-6am Sunday-ThursdayDuties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare the plates by punching holes in front and placing them inside the designated color.Assists Press Operator in removing and replacing worn rollers and adjusting pressure between rollers of press, using hand tools.Load skids of unprinted sheets of paper on the feed device of the sheet-fed press, using the pallet jackInspect materials and products for defects, and to ensure it meets job specifications.Push dual control buttons and move controls to start, stop, or adjust machinery and equipment.Load the printed side of the job to the flipping machine and prepare to load on the press machine.Identify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions.Remove materials and products from machines and equipment and place them in staging position for the bindery department.Record production and operational data, such as the number of materials processed.Report any workplace hazards to management immediately.Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards.Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.QualificationsUnderstand the printing process of the press machine.Attention to detail.Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.Ability to communicate effectively with the Press Operator.Ability to use hand/power tools and safe use of them.Ability to multi-task with changing priorities.Ability to recognize safety issues & corrective actions.For further information on the Digital Room, please explore our website and BenefitsCollaborate with leading print professionals in a fast-paced, high-tech, safe, and enjoyable environmentCompetitive pay and growth opportunities.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage (location-specific).Employer match 401(k) up to limits.Company-sponsored Life and AD&D Insurance.Flexible Spending Account and voluntary benefits.Paid holidays and PTO.Employee discounts on all products.Company-sponsored training and certifications.Fun workplace and wellness events, and morePlease note: Actual compensation within the range will depend on various factors including the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
