REGISTERED NURSE - OUTPATIENT CLINIC (Fulltime and PRN)

Registered Nurse (PRN) - Paragon Infusion Centers

Location: 1855 Medical Center Pkwy, STE G, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

Shift: Days. PRN RN will cover sick call-offs, PTO coverage, and higher census days as needed.

Clinic Hours: Tuesday-Friday; Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted location full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

Administer all ordered therapies according to prescriber orders, facility protocols, standards, and company policy.

Perform duties within the nurse’s scope of practice and facility policies.

Document all pertinent data in the patient’s medical record.

Evaluate patient response to therapy and document findings in the medical record.

Educate patients and/or family members regarding the therapy plan.

Understand and adhere to all applicable state, local, and federal laws and regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA.

Current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.

2+ years of experience with IV therapy.

Clerical and administrative RN experience.
