Medical Receptionist - Weekend Shifts

Are you dedicated to the medical field, and looking for something fun & fast-paced? Dynamic and fast-growing national IV Nutrition company seeks an experienced & outgoing Medical Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will welcome clients who visit iV Bars. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, checking clients in & out, and scheduling appointments. Applicants should also want to help clients improve their health, wellness, and quality of life.

An Medical Receptionist's key role is to ensure clients are provided with the best customer experience. Provide excellent customer service to iV Bars clients

Educate and Answer questions to clients about the benefits of iV Therapies, hydration, cocktails, and any other services offered at iV Bars.

Ensure all required paperwork is filled out for new and existing customers.

Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the clinic.

Excellent Customer service skills

At least 2 years of experience in the medical field.

Embrace policies and procedures to contribute to the company's compliance requirements including protocols.

This position requires the employee to sit, stand, and walk for their entire shift. Medical Assistant Certification Preferred
