Part-Time Head of Operations

They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience and facilitating day-to-day activities, as well as managing and executing many operational efficiencies and functions. There is a strong focus on full facility operations, managing data input and execution of all software systems, communicating strategies with the Franchise Partner, and fostering the growth of the community in the gym. The OM is the liaison between the Franchise Partner and the gym. It should be noted that with the focus on full facility operations for this position, being a team player and helping where needed (i.e., with other positions, facility cleaning and maintenance, etc.) Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
