Work Environment: After at least 1 month of training, eligible for 2 days WFH per week
Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired
Job Description
This position is open to either direct-hire or contract (full-time or part-time)
Our client is seeking candidates with civil litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: transportation liability, premises liability, product liability, and general liability. Missouri licensure is required and dual licensure with Illinois is a plus.
This position offers a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants hands‑on litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to work directly with experienced trial attorneys in a supportive and professional environment. The associate can expect to be involved in all aspects of file workup including taking depositions, attending court hearings, preparing pleadings, and assisting with case strategy, among other responsibilities as they arise. Associates will gain practical litigation experience and play an important role in moving cases forward.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong communication, organizational, research, analytical and writing skills. The associate attorney should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and be able to meet strict deadlines.
