A+1 Academy is dedicated to helping every student reach their fullest academic and personal potential. The Academic Counselor serves as an essential bridge between students, parents, and the academy. This role is responsible for developing personalized academic plans, monitoring student progress, coordinating instructional resources, and helping ensure the quality and effectiveness of our educational services.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicative, and passionate about supporting students’ academic growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents

Develop and manage personalized academic plans and class schedules for students

Work closely with teachers and the administrative team to support class implementation and coordination

Assist with daily academic operations, scheduling, and student activity management

Help maintain strong communication among families, teachers, and internal staff

Support the academy in delivering high-quality educational services and a positive student experience

Bachelor’s degree required; background in education, counseling, communication, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in education, academic advising, student services, counseling, or administrative coordination preferred

Language Requirement
Chinese (Required)

English proficiency preferred

Experience working in an educational institution, tutoring center, or student support role

Familiarity with academic planning, parent communication, and student progress tracking
