Lead end-to-end delivery of global facilities and capital projects.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, budgets, and governance frameworks.
Deliver clear project updates, executive presentations, and stakeholder reports;
Ensure successful project execution from initiation through completion.
Develop and implement operational and process improvement strategies.
Improve project management methodologies, tools, standards, and operational efficiency.
Recommend and implement new policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support robust project planning and execution frameworks.
Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, Security, Materials, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
Align project outcomes with organizational objectives and business goals.
Facilities & Workplace Initiatives

Lead workplace optimization and facilities improvement projects.
Support site expansions and workplace transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards, local regulations, safety requirements, and sustainability goals.
Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
Perform special projects and additional assignments as required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations, Facilities Management, or Manufacturing.
S. citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, refugee, or asylum status holder).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
Executive-level presentation skills.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading facilities projects, workplace transformations, or site expansion initiatives.
Experience working in global or multi-site environments;
Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Jira.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
Experience managing large-scale operational improvement programs.
