As the CarePartner (CNA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
Providingassistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living
Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
Documenting,on a daily basis asto resident assistance activities
Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
Maintain a safeworking environment and adhering to facility safety program at all time s
The ideal candidate willpossess the following:
Be at least 18 years of age
Mustbe certified (CNA or HHA)
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%
Abilityto exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
