Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse position is located in Denver, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized post-anesthesia recovery care within an acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position is scheduled to start on 07/06/2026, offering a 12-hour shift schedule with minimum weekly hours of 36.

Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association, Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association

Minimum Experience Required: 2 years in Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

EMR System: Epic

License: Must have a valid license to submit

Schedule: Variable start times of 0730, 0800, 0900, 1000, and 1100, primarily 1100 start; shifts will primarily cover 11a-11p

Additional Information: The candidate in this role will assist with recovery in PACU, read strips, and support patient care in an acute division setting. Scrub color will be provided by the hospital.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

The position allows on-call shifts, with one night every six weeks, and requires a response time of 1 hour.
