Virtual Nurse Educator

Role:

Flex Nurse Educator supporting patient education and medication training for chronic disease management through remote and in-field assistance.

Responsibilities

Deliver virtual patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.

Provide in-person education during territory vacancies or LOA, maintaining privacy and educational standards.

Facilitate connections to program resources and promote patient-provider dialogue.

Maintain accurate documentation, follow protocols, and ensure compliance with KPIs.

Collaborate with management, participate in training, and mentor new team members.

Support treatment adherence, address access barriers, and promote behavioral change.

Participate in professional development, team meetings, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Active RN license (multi-state preferred) with willingness to obtain additional licensure if necessary.

Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.

Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency in virtual platforms, MS Office, documentation, and iPad technology.

Ability to travel up to 50%, with valid driver's license.

Bilingual in English/Spanish and prior ambassador experience desirable.

Flexibility for evening, weekend work, and private home workspace.
