The Marketing Manager - Financial Services & Professional Services is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across two of Williams Lea's priority industry sectors.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Industry Activation, this role translates business priorities into market-facing campaigns, thought leadership, executive engagement programs, events, and account-based marketing initiatives that strengthen Williams Lea's position as a technology-enabled transformation partner.

Sector Marketing

Help develop integrated marketing plans.

Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

Support ABM.

Coordinate campaign assets.

Measure and optimize performance.

Develop content with SMEs.

Support executive profiling.

Align with transformation narrative.

Support roundtables and conferences.

Coordinate event marketing.

Develop executive briefing materials.

Support priority pursuits.

Create sales enablement assets.

Align initiatives with pipeline priorities.

Performance Measurement

Track campaign performance.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience.

Experience in Financial Services, Professional Services, Consulting, Legal, Insurance, or regulated industries.

Experience on either the client or service-provider side.
