Working closely with network modeling, supply chain finance, operations, and regional experts, you will evaluate footprint opportunities, identify and negotiate with suppliers, and drive strategic projects that determine where and how products are stored and distributed across the world. This role requires deep expertise in warehousing and third-party logistics, along with strong supplier management, contract negotiation, cost analysis, and market intelligence capabilities to support a rapidly growing portfolio of global initiatives.Our TeamOur team is responsible for enabling a resilient, cost-effective global logistics network that supports Molex’s manufacturing, distribution, and customer fulfillment operations. With the volume and complexity of projects expanding significantly, this team plays a critical role in supporting business growth through data-driven decision making and global collaboration.What You Will DoLead global category strategy for logistics, balancing cost, service, risk, and resiliency Drive enterprise value creation through cross-business synergies, network optimization, and integration of acquisitions Leverage market intelligence and analytics (rates, capacity, fuel, logistics trends) to inform strategies and mitigate volatility Deliver TCO improvements through cross-functional initiatives and data-driven sourcing programs Align and influence senior stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain to execute strategic priorities Develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships to enhance performance, innovation, and long-term value Enable data-driven decision making through category frameworks, baselines, and performance tracking Skills & Capabilities Strategic leadership & influence: Drives enterprise outcomes by aligning cross-functional stakeholders Supplier strategy: Builds high-impact partnerships that deliver performance, innovation, and value Business & financial acumen: Connects sourcing decisions to P&L, cost drivers, and value creation Analytical mindset: Uses data to inform strategy, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement Execution & communication excellence: Leads complex global initiatives with clear, executive-level communication and strong digital fluency Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Experience in logistics procurement, including warehousing, transportation, 3rd party logistics, and/or brokerage services Advanced negotiation and contracting skills, applying fact-based, value-driven approaches Strong analytical and financial capabilitiesGlobal perspective, with understanding of international marketsWillingness to travel (up to 25%) What Will Put You AheadCategory strategy expertise, with demonstrated execution of enterprise-level sourcing plans Analytical and financial capabilities, including TCO modeling, should-costing and value tracking For this role, we anticipate paying $145,000 - $165,000 per year.
