Are you a high energy person passionate about providing top-notch customer service? The Peoria branch of Charles Schwab is on the lookout for a talented and motivated part time Client Service Specialist to join our expanding team at the franchise of Charles Schwab in Peoria, IL.

Now we're looking for a part time Client Service Specialist who shares our passion and dedication.
Provide friendly, professional support to clients over the phone and in-person, ensuring their needs are met with the best possible solutions.
Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to engage with our client base, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client retention.
Office Stewardship: Open and close the office on scheduled days, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients.
Serve as an advocate for our clients, connecting them to appropriate Schwab resources and reinforcing our service boundaries.
A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential.
Proficiency in handling multiple computer applications.
