Tryfacta is seeking a CNA for our client in Vestal, NY 13850 . This is a 16-week contract with possible extension contract assignment. Position Title: CNA
Duration: 16-week contract with possible extension
Night 5x8-Hour (22:45 - 07:15)
Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
Providing compassionate patient care and emotional support
Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient procedures and treatments
Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided
Ensuring patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Observing and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to nursing staff
Following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
Assisting with meal distribution and monitoring patients' food and fluid intake
Current and valid CNA license in NY- No License hits allowed
