As an In-Home Closer , you'll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services. You'll conduct professional in-home consultations, identify each customer's unique needs, present tailored home improvement solutions, and guide them confidently through the purchasing process.

Meet with Pre-Qualified Homeowners: Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with customers who have already shown interest in our services.

Understand Customer Needs: Use a consultative approach to uncover customer goals, concerns, and project priorities.

Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value of our building and construction products and services.

Build Trust: Develop strong relationships through honest communication, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Overcome Objections: Confidently answer questions, address concerns, and help homeowners make informed decisions.

Close Sales: Guide customers through the purchasing process and successfully close new business.

Document customer interactions and sales activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Collaborate with the Team: Share ideas, best practices, and customer feedback to help drive team success.

Successful In-Home Closers typically earn between $80,000 and $125,000 annually , with income directly tied to performance and results.
