What You Do:

Clean and organize all surfaces, equipment, plates, glassware, and stations within the restaurant.

Routinely check that all sinks, dishes, or glasswashers are properly functioning.

Reporting directly to the culinary manager and general manager

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times

Who You Are:

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods

An ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed

Authorized to work in the United States
