Full Time Maintenance / Some janitor shifts

Travis Hyde Properties is looking for a responsible person with reliable personal transportation to create a clean environment at our properties. Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities
High and low dusting of furniture, walls, and equipment
Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions
Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Notify Property Managers of any visible maintenance issues
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

The position offered is full time with benefits including mileage reimbursement, after a trial period.
