This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage priorities, drive follow-through, improve efficiencies, and help ensure that critical initiatives move forward across the organization.

Six Sigma training, project management experience, or a demonstrated passion for continuous improvement is highly desirable.
Document meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions.
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel itineraries.
Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting tools, and business software.
You enjoy creating structure, driving accountability, and helping leaders focus on the highest-value activities. Your work will have a direct impact on operational performance, strategic execution, and company growth.
