Servers - Nights and Weekend Shifts

Server Prato 850 (Commack, NY)
Prato 850 is looking for strong servers who can handle volume, stay organized, and create a great guest experience. This is a fast-paced environment where awareness, communication, and hustle matter. You're responsible for your tables, but also part of the entire floor.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, efficient service from greeting to check drop.
Have full knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage program.
Guide guests through food and drink selections with confidence.
Enter orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
Run food and drinks your table, your responsibility.
Maintain clean, organized sections throughout service.
Anticipate guest needs before they ask.
Handle payments accurately (cash and POS).
Support teammates during busy service no standing around.
Complete all opening and closing side work.
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience preferred.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Team-oriented mindset.
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Compensation:
