Expo / Food Runner – Prato 850

Prato 850 is looking for a reliable and energetic Expo / Food Runner to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining smooth service between the kitchen and dining room. We need someone who moves with urgency, communicates well, and takes pride in making sure every plate hits the table correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Run food quickly, accurately, and professionally to guests

• Organize and expedite dishes from kitchen to dining room

• Ensure every plate is correct, complete, and presented properly before leaving the line

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff throughout service

• Assist with garnishing and final plate checks when needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line

• Help clear/reset tables and support service staff during busy periods

• Complete opening/closing side work as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work quickly and stay composed in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and sense of urgency

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
