Lube Technician

The Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services with efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This entry-level role supports the service department by completing routine oil changes, inspections, and light maintenance while maintaining dealership quality standards.

Perform oil and filter changes in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards

Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors

Conduct battery testing and replacement when necessary

Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

Accurately document services performed and report any additional repair needs

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous automotive experience or technical training is a plus but not required

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and systems preferred
