We are seeking a Life and Annuities (L&A) Product Strategist to join our Product Management team. In this pivotal role, you will own the definition and strategy for our core Life and Annuities platform services — including quoting, underwriting, policy administration, cash management, and investment management modules. You will translate deep L&A domain knowledge into scalable, configurable platform capabilities that enable success for our clients worldwide.

Success means bridging the complex world of L&A insurance with cutting‑edge platform technology and working closely across product, engineering, design, and market‑facing teams.

Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to strategic objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.

Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX/UI design, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Gather, synthesize, and leverage market intelligence, customer feedback, and usage data to inform product direction.

5+ years working with insurance technology platforms or transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated success defining product strategy and launching complex software products or platforms (ideally SaaS or cloud-native).
• Strong understanding of Policy Administration Systems (PAS), billing, claims, cash/treasury management, or investment accounting within insurance.
• Ability to develop business cases, size market opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on data‑driven insights.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day tactical execution.
