In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast paced restaurant and banquets environment.

You have at least one year of experience as a line cook in a hotel preferably and in banquets. You have or have the ability to take your food handlers certification. You have a keen eye for details and you have high quality standards in your work. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
