Head of Products - Remote

The Product Manager (PM) position is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The PM will be accountable for individual pieces or whole products of Greenway's software/services which may include P&L responsibility, developing user stories, training, assessing the market, competitive analysis, pricing, product strategy and product planning.

P&L and Forecasting management for parts of product or whole product depending on size.

Facilitates voice of the customer activities.

Develops user stories and ensures stories are ‘ready’ for development to start work.

Works with customer‑facing teams and stakeholders to ensure readiness and excellent execution.

Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.

Four or more years of experience managing the full product development lifecycle.

Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Strong quantitative and qualitative business analysis and problem‑solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Customer‑focused mindset with a high degree of professionalism.

Ability to serve as the product bridge between business, technology, and operational stakeholders.

Experience enabling AI‑driven denials and claims workflows by mapping clearinghouse transactions, payer responses, attachments, and exception states into product workflows and user experiences.

Work Environment/Physical Demands Primarily a sedentary job requiring consistent seated work during the majority of the workday.

Requires regular typing on a keyboard for the majority of the workday.

Requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to monitor own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/or mobile devices.

Requires the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates.
