Receptionist with Typing

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consulting Receptionist in the Accounting and Finance industry. This role involves working directly with our tax clients and public accounting team, providing exceptional client service and administrative support. Assist with the preparation of tax documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all client records and documents.
Provide administrative support to the team, including handling mail, scanning, faxing, and photocopying documents.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times, handling sensitive financial information with utmost care.
Proven experience working with tax clients and public accounting.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a fast typing speed.
Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
