Job Title: Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Underground Utilities
Location: Midlothian, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Fulltime
We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil and underground utility construction projects . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in municipal infrastructure, water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and site utility installation .
What You'll Do Manage projects from planning through completion.
Lead field operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate procurement, materials, inspections, and project logistics.
Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, inspectors, and field personnel.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil or underground utility construction .
Experience with water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, utility relocation, excavation, or site utility projects .
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project documentation.
Ability to interpret civil construction plans and specifications.
Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
