What You'll Do as a Administrative Assistant:

Maintain and update production spreadsheets, reports, and related documentation in Excel
Support production planning and coordination activities
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of production data and reports
Assist manufacturing teams with administrative and data-entry tasks as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Administrative Assistant Role:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data
Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly
Prior administrative, manufacturing, or data-entry experience preferred
