Dispatcher - Remote Work

WERE HIRING | EXPEDITED/NFO & LOCAL COURIER DISPATCHER
???? This is primarily an in-office position at our Moonachie, NJ operations center , so we are specifically looking for candidates who live locally in Northern New Jersey. At times, dispatchers may be asked to help cover shifts remotely when needed.
Our operation combines two worlds: we serve as a local pickup and delivery agent for expedited/NFO logistics companies nationwide , while also providing on-demand, scheduled and expedited courier services to our own Tri-State client base.
Coordinate drivers and make intelligent routing decisions based on traffic, geography, timing and customer requirements
Handle urgent medical, pharmaceutical, life-science, airfreight and other time-sensitive shipments
Communicate proactively with customers, drivers, airports and logistics partners from pickup through final delivery
Help cover operations remotely when necessary
Local Northern New Jersey resident able to work in Moonachie, NJ
Experience supporting NFO/expedited companies as a local agent is a major plus
Medical, pharmaceutical or life-science logistics experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple urgent jobs while staying organized and communicating clearly
Schedule flexibility and willingness to assist with shift coverage when needed
