This role performs general labor tasks, operates hand and power tools, prepares work sites, and assists equipment operators and Foremen. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites-including overnight out-of-town assignments-is required.
Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc
Clean and prepare work sites; load and unload materials
Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities
Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required
Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed

Per diem eligibility
CDL is required or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
Ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks
Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed
Interest in learning to operate mini excavators and/or horizontal directional drill is wrequired.
